As an HR Practitioner, I learned a lot about the process of dismissals/terminations and many relevant information on how to deal with labor cases. I learned that it is very important to follow due process and implement rules and policies according to labor standards. From this seminar, I’ve learned so much about the lawful acts that could be implemented for the benefit of the company.
